An oracle of bourgeois everyday life - inviting us, with a smile, to reflect upon our own.
All inhabit a world inspired by the Europe of the Weimar Republic - the years between the two wars - when, after the Great War, many dreamed of a future that would at last be peaceful and prosperous. Of course, we know how the story will end… but they do not.

Despite this historical backdrop, the deck was created in a light and playful spirit: a small theatre inhabited by amusing, slightly vain or rather too pleased with himself, but deeply human characters.
